We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven operator who can manage key client accounts, nurture warm leads, and take ownership of selling and renewing high-ticket monthly packages. You should be comfortable presenting to clients, communicating clearly, and acting as a trusted partner who ensures both client satisfaction and strong retention.
Experience working in creative or content creation agencies Experience in organic marketing or influencer marketing A strong background in a similar customer success roles, especially high-ticket service packages
Client Management
Sales Ownership Confidently sell and renew high-ticket monthly service packages Conduct sales calls with integrity and clear communication Manage renewals and maintain strong retention metrics Lead Nurturing & Onboarding Support warm inbound leads and guide them through the pipeline Coordinate onboarding steps for new clients Ensure a streamlined client journey from first call to ongoing delivery Client Retention & Upsell Identify opportunities for upsells or contract extensions Help clients understand new initiatives, added value, or expanded packages Presentations & Reporting Lead client calls and presentations Deliver clear reports, insights, and performance summaries Provide recommendations that support client goals Experience in creative/content agencies or organic/influencer marketing environments Experience in organic/influencer marketing environments Proven ability to sell and renew high-ticket monthly packages Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Experience working with high-value or discerning clients Passion for client success, marketing strategy, and achieving results Fluent in English Equivalent client success or client retention experience Training and development to grow into a high-level operator Competitive base salary with performance-driven bonuses Work alongside organic marketing, influencer strategy, and consumer app brands Supportive, fast-moving team focused on results and innovation
