WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — guiding them toward their business goals through tailored digital marketing strategies. You’ll manage relationships, analyze performance data, and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
• Review and interpret campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely help clients achieve more growth.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to continuously optimize client performance.
• Take initiative to troubleshoot issues independently and find creative solutions.

Qualifications 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing (fitness industry experience is a plus). Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, Instagram, or TikTok Ads. Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, or marketing automation is advantageous. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Full-time, Remote position On-target earnings: CAD $56,880 – $77,600 per year Performance-based commission and retention bonuses Paid time off, flexible schedule, and work-from-home flexibility
