Role Overview This is a high-impact, senior leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and project delivery capability. You will oversee major group-wide initiatives, support intercompany collaboration, and ensure all business units are aligned with the CEO’s priorities and organisational goals. You will act as the CEO’s right hand, managing mission-critical projects, improving operational processes, and enabling the group to scale efficiently across multiple regions and industries. Key Responsibilities1. Project & Programme Management Oversee and manage multiple simultaneous projects across Belmont Lavan Group, Blackrock Technologies, and Bradford Jacobs Ltd. Drive timelines, deliverables, and outcomes using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Trello. Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and group business objectives.
Who You Are
Preferred Experience 5+ years’ experience in operations, project management, programme management, or a Chief of Staff role. Background in technology, recruitment, EOR/PEO, SaaS, or IT consulting is highly desirable. Experience in scaling companies, high-growth environments, or multinational organisations. Previous exposure to CEOs, senior stakeholders, and executive-level decision-making.
