Join Ivanti and accelerate your career! As Partner Sales Manager DACH (Germany), you will be the key driver of Ivanti’s distribution strategy in the German-speaking markets. Your primary responsibility is to manage and grow relationships with distributors, ensuring effective channel coverage, optimized partner enablement, and measurable revenue growth through distribution excellence. What You’ll Do Own and expand relationships with key distributors in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Develop and execute distribution strategies that maximize channel reach and efficiency. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with distributors, including campaigns, co-selling, and pipeline development. Ensure distributors are fully enabled and aligned with Ivanti’s sales, technical, and marketing teams. Monitor distributor performance, track KPIs, and report on revenue contribution. Oversee onboarding and training programs to strengthen distributor engagement. Identify and recruit new distribution partners to expand Ivanti’s footprint in the region. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution compatibility and seamless integration across the distribution network. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to refine distribution strategies. What You Bring Fluency in German and English (required). Strong experience in distribution management, channel sales, or partner management. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and stakeholders up to C-level. Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity in designing distribution strategies. Results-driven, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
