    Overview We are seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to support the growth of a fast-expanding provider of high-quality promotional products and branded merchandise. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new business prospects—actively generating leads, initiating conversations, and helping potential clients understand the value of custom-branded solutions. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-activity, performance-oriented environment and is eager to make an impact. Candidates with experience in the promotional products space will have a strong advantage, though motivated applicants with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calling daily to drive new leads and business opportunities. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers across promotional products, marketing, and business sectors. Communicate the value proposition of branded merchandise clearly and effectively. Build rapport with prospects and schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or product demos for senior sales team members. Maintain consistent outreach activity and meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets. Update and manage CRM records with accurate, up-to-date information. Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and overall prospecting strategies. Stay informed on industry trends, product opportunities, and client use cases to strengthen conversations and positioning. excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Confident phone presence with strong verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, persistent, and comfortable with high outbound call volume. Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation is strongly preferred. Experience in the promotional products industry is a significant advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a pipeline. Self-driven, disciplined, and able to excel in a target-driven, independent work environment.
