Your Role in Our Team Drive acquisition & market entry Play a key role in setting up the pet insurance product in Spain, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and early-stage sales growth Lead and execute critical initiatives for the successful launch of the pet vertical in the Spanish market Operational support & execution Support the Country Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Spanish operations, ensuring revenue, profit, cash flow, and performance targets are met Work closely with global cross-functional teams to align strategies, processes, and execution plans Team Development & Leadership Assist in managing and developing local teams, with a primary focus on strengthening acquisition performance and operational excellence Contribute to the growth and efficiency of customer service and claims-support functions Act as a connector across teams and processes, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills Customer Engagement Participate directly in customer-facing activities, supporting sales efforts and delivering excellent customer service Market & Business Insights Conduct continuous market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, adjusting local strategies accordingly Act as a liaison between central core services, business entities, and the local market to ensure alignment with customer and business requirements Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, strategic partners and risk carrier Your Profile Ideally completed Bachelor / Master program with focus on business studies At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role Team- and Project Management: Background in supporting team leadership and managing multi-stakeholder projects You are familiar with working in dynamic environments (e.g., startups, scale-ups, consulting) Ideally, you have already gained experience in the insurance industry (InsurTech or relevant consulting projects) You work in a highly structured manner, are characterized by excellent communication and team skills, and are capable of successfully managing complex projects You do have a growth mindset and are ready to take on responsibility Spanish Business and Culture: Experience working with or within Spanish businesses and an understanding of Spanish culture You speak fluent Spanish (min.
