Brand & Concept Designer

Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogenous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. As Brand and Concept Designer you will work with multiple teams to present Swarm Aero’s products and concepts to customers and partners and directly contribute to winning new business and building the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Create: Make and direct the images, videos, and other design artifacts that go into every presentation, white paper, proposal, and ad showing the world what we do from concept to execution Collaborate: Partner closely with engineering and mission development colleagues Orchestrate: The work of 3rd party designers, artists, and creators in support of your projects Manage: Develop your pipeline, show mockups early and often, and keep turnarounds tight to ensure deadlines are met

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

4+ years of experience in brand or conceptual design Developed a portfolio showcasing skills in motion, illustration, typography, photography, and data visualization Advanced skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro) Experience with motion graphics and basic animation Created brand systems, behaviors, and design solutions with a high level of craftsmanship Worked on prominent projects, influencing the representation of leading companies

WHAT SETS YOU APART:
