Bookkeeper

Position: Bookkeeper Salary: PHP 77,000 - PHP 96,200/month Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM - 3:00PM PH Time (to confirm) Holidays: TBD

OVERVIEW:

The company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support accounting operations for a portfolio of trusts and SMEs. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Xero accounting software, a keen eye for accuracy, and experience managing financial records in compliance with Australian accounting standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients (trusts and SMEs).
• Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and other ATO-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with accountants and business owners to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
• Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have:

• Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in Australian accounting.
• Proficient in Xero (Xero certification highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of ATO requirements and compliance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with accounting firms or trust entities.
• Exposure to senior accounting tasks or financial analysis.
