Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for IAM and B2C programs, ensuring business, compliance, and user experience needs are captured accurately.
• Translate business requirements into functional IAM specifications, use cases, and workflows for Azure AD B2C and Entra ID solutions.
• Support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance covering joiner/mover/leaver processes and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Partner with architects, engineers, and security officers to design and validate IAM processes, federation models, and authentication patterns like OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Analyze and document data flows, integration points, and user journeys across B2C and B2B applications.
• Coordinate with compliance, audit, and risk management teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and policy standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001).
• Lead business readiness and change management during IAM rollouts, including communication and training strategies for users and support teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor system usage, access compliance, and process health in IAM environments.

Act as SME for Azure AD B2C, assisting product owners with roadmaps, release prioritization, and policy governance.? Core Competencies and Skills Deep understanding of IAM principles such as authentication, authorization, provisioning, governance, and identity federation.

• Demonstrated experience in Azure AD B2C, Entra ID, and modern customer identity management solutions.

Strong grasp of security standards and protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, FIDO2, and MFA practices. Skilled in business process modeling, data mapping, and workflow optimization for identity platforms. Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI for analysis and documentation. Effective communicator capable of aligning technical IAM strategy with C-suite objectives and operational teams. Qualifications 12 -15 years of total experience, with at least 8 - 10 years in IAM domain strategy and implementation using Microsoft or similar platforms. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity; advanced certifications such as CAMS, CISM, or Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator preferred.
