In this role, you will work cross-functionally to deliver IT project solutions within defined scope, quality, time, and cost parameters. You will manage or coordinate one or more medium to large-scale IT projects or subprojects from initiation through successful delivery. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. 2-4 years of experience in managing projects and/or financials. Project management certification (preferred) Major Job Responsibilities: Coordinate activities across multiple cross-functional IT teams, ensuring project dependencies are identified and communicated. Develop and review elaborate project plans, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource loading, dependencies, and achievements. Plan and manage project budgets, track actuals, mitigate overspend, and optimize resource utilization. Provide timely updates to management on risks, issues, budget status, and project timelines. Analyze cross-project interdependencies to optimize scope, schedule, and prioritisation. Identify and evaluate project-related issues and recommend solutions under moderate supervision. Provide oversight and direction to project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery. Develop effective internal working relationships, with occasional external collaborator engagement. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve project-related challenges and make informed decisions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of project management principles (time, quality, cost). Proven ability to lead and influence across diverse teams. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Critical thinking and good judgment in problem-solving. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Office applications (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Proficiency in formal change management procedures. Familiarity with quality frameworks like Six Sigma, COBIT, or ITIL. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Planview. Must Have skills: Experience in cross-functional project coordination and planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related tools. Strong communication and collaborator management skills. Proficiency in change management procedures. Skilled in applying JIRA for project tracking and collaboration. Good to have skills: Familiarity with Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, or comparable methodologies. Exposure to enterprise portfolio management tools. Understanding of IT systems and technology project environments. Budgeting and financial tracking capabilities. Familiar with ERP platforms, including Planview.
