    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager in United States. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of key projects by assisting with coordination, communication, and administrative workflows across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, prepare project documentation, support meetings, and ensure smooth operations day-to-day. Accountabilities · Provide onsite support during all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless administrative coordination and communication. · Assist with customer-facing activities, supporting issue resolution and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. · Coordinate employee security processing and onboarding requirements. · Support program financial management by liaising with finance, contracting teams, and government representatives. · Perform daily administrative functions including scheduling, file management, data collection, report creation, proofreading, research, and management of project deliverables. · Organize logistics for meetings, conferences, and training sessions while preparing reports, agendas, presentations, and other documentation. · Track correspondence, maintain follow-up systems, and record decisions and action items from meetings. · US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance. · Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in project or administrative support. · Experience assisting across full project lifecycles, including coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication. · Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in scheduling, meeting coordination, file management, data collection, and report preparation. · Excellent communication, research, and proofreading skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams. · Competitive compensation range of USD 23.67 – USD 38.29 per year. · Flexible schedule with part-time remote work and onsite engagements as required. · Opportunity to work in a client-facing, project-driven environment with exposure to program management responsibilities. · Hands-on development acting as a pseudo–Deputy Program Manager during periods when primary leadership is on leave.
