The Assistant Manager, Portfolio Management will act as the support to the Portfolio Management Team (“PM Team”) who are the GoGlobal Point of Contact (“POC”) assigned to our direct clients as well as Channel and Referral Partners (“Partners”). The successful candidate will support the PM Team maintain the relationship and communication with the Client and Partner POCs and assist on the individual projects under that respective Partner or Client. The Assistant Manager, Portfolio Management will very soon have their own portfolio of clients and there will be a clear pathway to further growth.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of pricing, contracts, addendums, and terms and conditions for easy internal reference. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Portfolio Management team as needed. Support the Sales and Business Development teams by assisting with country-specific requirements, general process explanations, and operational queries during the sales stage. BS/BA Degree or higher 3+ years of experience as Account Manager/Assistant Account Manager with Customer Services/Customer Success experience Business-level English Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude Proactive and passionate about client satisfaction and problem solving Ability to multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively with teams and clients across multiple time zones.
