About the Role Anju Software is seeking an experienced and AI-focused Product Manager with a proven record of driving AI/ML-based software products from concept through commercialization. This role will lead the strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for our next generation of AI-driven solutions, transforming how clinical, operational, and business users push the boundaries of user-driven AI automation. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, business development, marketing, and executive management to translate AI innovation into scalable, compliant, and market-ready products. Your mix of strategic vision, technical fluency, and GTM execution will be key to accelerating adoption and differentiation in a rapidly evolving industry. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in fast-moving, unstructured environments and takes the initiative to turn ideas into results Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery, aligned to corporate objectives and market trends. Translate customer and market insights into clear, intelligent workflow automation value-driven use cases Lead an AI focused engineering team to prioritize high-impact AI features, balancing innovation, feasibility, and compliance (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). AI Product Development Collaborate closely with ML engineers and to develop intuitive, robust, and predictable AI experiences. Define acceptance criteria, KPIs, and data performance metrics for model outputs and user adoption. Work with the compliance team to ensure responsible AI governance, validation, and regulatory compliance for all AI features. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution Partner with marketing, sales, and enablement to craft compelling positioning, pricing, and launch plans. Lead beta programs, customer pilots, and product launches; synthesize feedback into rapid iteration cycles. Develop competitive intelligence and value messaging tailored to life sciences stakeholders (clinical, regulatory, data science, and operations). Communicate product direction, insights, and results to executives and external stakeholders. Required 5–8+ years of software product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML products. Proven end-to-end GTM experience: from concept validation to commercial launch and post-launch scaling. Strong technical understanding of modern AI concepts (e.g., NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, MCPs, predictive modeling). Experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS platforms or data-intensive workflows and/or building & launching personal AI applications and projects. Demonstrated ability to work with engineering, data science, and UX teams using Agile or Lean methodologies. Excellent storytelling, strategic communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Domain experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Regulated Data Environments (e.g., EDC, CTMS, PV, LIMS). Familiarity with AI ethics, validation frameworks, and compliance standards. Hands-on experience with market intelligence, pricing strategy, and enablement for AI products. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
