Currently in rapid go-to-market expansion, they’re scaling their AI operations and need quality assurance expertise to optimize performance.
Job Description You’ll be the quality guardian of cutting-edge AI technology that’s transforming how real estate professionals connect with prospects. In this role, you’ll directly impact the performance of an AI system processing high volumes of customer interactions daily. You’ll analyze AI behavior patterns, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape the future of automated prospecting. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and real estate technology, where your analytical insights drive measurable improvements in AI performance and customer satisfaction.
Review and analyze all daily AI-generated interactions with potential leads across multiple communication channels Benchmark AI outputs against established performance standards and desired outcomes Create detailed tickets documenting areas where AI performance needs improvement or correction Identify patterns and trends in AI behavior to guide systematic optimization efforts Map recurring issues and successful interaction patterns to inform AI development priorities Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements based on quality analysis Potentially assist in developing custom AI pathways for enterprise-level clients with specialized requirements Maintain detailed documentation of quality metrics and improvement recommendations
Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills with attention to detail Experience with quality assurance processes and ticket management systems Ability to work independently while managing high-volume review tasks Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, actionable improvement tickets Bonus if you have experience with AI/machine learning concepts or technologies It helps if you have background in real estate, sales, or customer service industries Bonus if you’re familiar with CRM systems or automated communication platforms
