Develop and optimize AI agents (voice + chat) using LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI APIs. Implement automations integrating CRMs, billing systems, internal tools, and communication platforms. Work with APIs, webhooks, and JavaScript to create scalable and logic-driven automations. Troubleshoot issues across multi-system workflows and continuously improve automation performance. Customer Success & Onboarding Lead end-to-end onboarding for customers adopting AI workflows, agents, and automation systems. Configure customer environments and guide them through integrations, settings, and system setup. Serve as the main point of contact for customer adoption, usage, and retention. Translate customer needs into technical solutions and new workflow iterations. Maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and handoff guides for clients and internal teams. Provide insights and reporting tied to automation performance, usage, and customer outcomes. Process & System Improvements Standardize onboarding workflows, documentation, templates, and communication flows. Build internal SOPs and scalable systems for the customer lifecycle. Collaborate closely with engineering/product to relay customer feedback and feature requests. ✅ Who You Are 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Implementation, or Client Onboarding, preferably in SaaS or automation-focused products. Strong experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.). Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and integrating multiple systems (no need to be a full developer). Hands-on experience building AI automations, LLM workflows, or AI agents (voice/chat). Solid understanding of logic trees, automation design patterns, and workflow architecture. Proficient in JavaScript for custom steps within automation platforms. Excellent written and verbal English; confident communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple onboarding projects at once. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. 💡 Nice-to-Have Experience with AI voice tools (Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Decagon, Aircall, etc.) Background integrating CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or internal database automations Ability to produce training videos, customer playbooks, or system diagrams Startup or early-stage experience 📩 How to Apply
