    Job Description

    This role is for someone who can confidently manage sophisticated client accounts and build deep, trust-based relationships. You’ll be responsible for delivering clear, insightful reporting, leading presentations, and ensuring smooth onboarding and retention processes. Most importantly, you’ll own the responsibility of selling and renewing high-ticket monthly packages, so a proven ability to sell with integrity and communicate with impact is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Management: Be the main point of contact for assigned high-profile clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships.
    • Sales Ownership: Take full ownership of selling and renewing high-ticket monthly service packages.
    • Lead Nurturing & Onboarding: Assist with warm leads, coordinate onboarding, and maintain high standards throughout the client lifecycle.
    • Client Retention & Upsell: Proactively identify opportunities to extend contracts or increase account value.
    • Presentations & Reporting: Lead client calls, present campaign results and insights, and offer strategic recommendations.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Proven experience working with highly discerning, high-value clients.
    • Experience in selling high-ticket monthly packages and managing ongoing client relationships.
    • Deep passion for client success, marketing strategy, and results.
