Why you will love this opportunity as an Account Manager at Civica As an Account Manager within Civica’s Health & Care team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining long term relationships with our existing customers across our Dox and other hospital products. Your focus will be on customer retention, upselling additional solutions, and identifying cross-sell opportunities, all while achieving your sales targets. You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s challenges and business priorities, aligning Civica’s solutions to deliver real value now and into the future. Contribute insights to shape future product and service roadmaps by identifying repeatable customer challenges. Adapt and evolve your role as needed to meet the changing needs of the business. What you will need to be successful in this role Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic meetings with executives and deliver clear, impactful presentations. Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent business acumen with a commercial and strategic focus. Strong negotiation skills and sound contractual knowledge. Sales experience in hospital software environments, with an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by doctors and surgeons. A track record of maintaining accurate pipelines, delivering reliable forecasts, and consistently achieving targets. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify obstacles, think critically, and implement effective solutions. Strategic use of Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage accounts, track opportunities, and drive sales performance. Willingness and ability to travel as required. Why you'll love working with us.
