We are seeking a highly motivated and globally-minded Account Manager to join our growing team and manage our strategic client portfolio across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is a unique opportunity to own a critical, high-growth territory while being fully remote. The ideal candidate thrives in an asynchronous, remote work environment and is prepared to shift their core working hours to ensure essential daily overlap with our APAC clientele. This team focuses on value-based selling through building strong relationships with department heads and key stakeholders with our APAC customers, ranging all the way from SMB to Enterprise (covering all segments). Our Account Managers thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong client relationships. These Account Managers work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and customer success to develop close relationships with their customers in order to grow their book of business.
Drive significant revenue growth within your assigned Commercial portfolio by consistently exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets through strategic account management and proactive identification of expansion opportunities.
Partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption, proactively address their needs, and collaboratively identify opportunities for growth within their organizations. Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by consistently delivering value, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. Conduct regular account health reviews with customers, clearly communicating the value they are receiving and outlining strategies for continued partnership and growth.
4+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, ideally within the SaaS industry Strong computer skills, previous Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft and/or PandaDoc experience Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and contribute to reliable business projections A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results
