    Role Overview

    Dash.fi is seeking a strategic and results-driven account executive professional. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating new card spending on the highest cash-back charge card for advertising in the market. Your focus on building strategic referral partnerships with companies that similarly target mid-market e-commerce brands and venture-backed startups will contribute significantly to our annual revenue. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of managing full sales cycles that include identifying, prospecting, and closing new business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage finance-heavy conversations with founders and C-level executives, a valuable experience for your professional growth. You will also track leads and sales metrics while experimenting with different sales approaches to identify the best ones. This is a full-time position and will report to our Chief Revenue Officer, offering you a chance to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage qualified prospects at eCommerce, DTC, and SaaS companies with significant digital ad spend
    • Sell directly to founders, CEOs, CFOs, and VP-level buyers across Finance, Growth, and Operations
    • Source your own pipeline through a high-volume, high-precision outbound motion
    • Conduct deep discovery to uncover pain points and map DashFi’s solutions to business-critical needs
    • Build and deliver tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI narratives
    • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes and close complex deals
    • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
    • Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, surface market insights, and shape GTM strategy

    Requirements

    • 3-5+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying Account Executive role
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in outbound-heavy environments
    • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market eCommerce, SaaS, or ad-driven businesses
    • Comfortable selling to founders, CEOs, CFOs, and VP-level decision-makers
    • Strong prospecting, qualifying decision-maker, negotiating, and closing skills.
    • Exceptional discovery, value articulation, and closing skills
    • High degree of accountability, ownership, and self-direction
    • Familiarity with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, SalesNav, and Slack
    • Team-first mindset with a healthy sense of competition — hungry, humble, and collaborative
    • Previous startup or high-growth GTM experience strongly preferred
    • Experience selling charge cards, corporate cards, or spend management solutions is a plus
