We need an English-fluent Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Consultant, based in Mexico, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Provide innovative solutions to solve the most challenging business problems.
• Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements.
• Configure and test applications to check that it meets business requirements.
• Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
• Provide the engagement manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Participate in training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other Practitioners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.

10+ years of experience as a Cloud Consultant or similar role. 6+ years’ experience of Oracle Cloud Applications (implementation and support). 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Module as a functional consultant.

• Experience with one or more Oracle Cloud modules in HCM like Core HR, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll is a must.

5+ years of progressive experience with expertise in large-scale, enterprise software that requires high performance, scalability, and redundancy, during which both hands-on and leadership capabilities have been clearly demonstrated. 2 years of end-to-end project implementation experience on the Oracle Cloud Payroll module.

• Troubleshooting skills for technical and functional issues related to the Oracle applications.
• Proactively work and resolve Service Requests in collaboration with Oracle Support.
• Solid technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model, as well as multi- organization concepts.

Ability to drive the projects independently and work with business stakeholders. Hands-on experience with fast formulas and costing. Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports Implementation. Hands-on experience on Payroll Conversions, configurations, and Mid-Year Balance migrations. Hands on Experience working in ADP Reporting and Integration issues. Adhere to the processes and adapt the changes set by the Organization Experience in cross modules like Core HR, Benefits and Absences is preferred. Experience on end-to end test cases for Payroll Module. Oracle Applications development experience, including reports, customization, interfaces, and extensions. Big-picture view with the ability to understand the details of business needs, processes, and information flows through the system. Prior experience working in organizations to support IT services provided to internal/external clients. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and source code control. Business intelligence and reporting experience are preferred.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
