Job Title: Amazon Account Operations Manager Type: Full-time; Remote Schedule: US Time zone We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Amazon Account Operations Manager to oversee multiple Amazon accounts and lead the internal execution team. This role requires someone who can manage people, streamline workflows, ensure operational excellence, and stay deeply involved in the day-to-day performance of each account. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance and operations of multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring each brand meets growth, profitability, and operational targets. Manage, mentor, and support internal team members—including project managers, account managers, and specialists—to ensure workflows stay organized and deadlines are met. Maintain a hands-on role in daily account operations, including listing updates, PPC coordination, catalog health, inventory checks, and issue resolution. Implement and optimize SOPs, processes, and task management structures to improve efficiency and alignment across all Amazon accounts. Collaborate closely with PPC, creative, catalog, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution and consistent brand performance. Oversee account health and compliance, identifying risks and ensuring proactive resolution of warnings, suppressions, and performance notifications. Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, ACoS/TACoS, conversion rates, inventory levels, and operational gaps; provide weekly performance reports and insights. Ensure that each account’s strategy is aligned with broader company goals, managing both top-level oversight and on-the-ground execution. Track competitor activity, market trends, and opportunities to improve rankings, profitability, and overall account growth. Qualifications 3–6+ years of Amazon account management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Prior experience managing teams, project managers, or specialists in an Amazon-focused environment. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, catalog management, PPC strategies, account health metrics, and FBA logistics. Hands-on operator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into issues when needed. Highly organized with strong project management skills and experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding a team while interfacing with founders or senior leadership. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Sellerboard, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics tools. Exposure to private-label brands or multi-account agency environments. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
