About the Role This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented analyst with experience in finance or supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for managing key NetSuite workflows, ensuring accurate landed cost data, and supporting essential audit processes. Your work will play a critical role in shaping operational efficiency and financial clarity for the company. Responsibilities Manage NetSuite workflows for purchasing, inventory receiving, and landed-cost tracking Reconcile freight, duty, and tariff costs to ensure accurate and real-time visibility of COGS Build and maintain advanced Excel models (Power Query, pivot tables, macros) for KPI reporting Investigate cost and inventory variances with logistics partners and internal teams Support new SKU rollouts and contribute to streamlining close timelines Prepare clean, organized schedules and documentation for the year-end audit process Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights to end-users across departments Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a NetSuite-heavy role in finance or supply chain, ideally within e-commerce or consumer goods Strong understanding of inventory workflows, accounts receivable, and purchasing cycles Deep knowledge of landed cost concepts and ability to apply them effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and macros Experience working with large datasets to support business reporting and decision-making Prior involvement in annual audit processes and documentation preparation Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills Must be based in South America and available to work full-time hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST) Must bring a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
