We’re looking for an Executive Assistant hybrid Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to bring organization, creativity, and support to both ventures. You’ll be instrumental in keeping things running smoothly, allowing me to focus on strategy and growth.

I’m looking for an Executive Assistant who’s organised, proactive, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks across two businesses.

You’ll handle everything from admin tasks to internal financial management and scheduling, helping me stay focused and on track.

📧 Manage emails, keeping our inboxes tidy and up-to-date

📅 Handle scheduling, ensuring my days are organised and prioritised

📂 Support with internal financial management tasks, like tracking and organising expenses

✏️ Assist with marketing exploration, helping both businesses grow

🗒️ Create engaging monthly newsletters to connect with our clients and stakeholders.

✏️Oversee documentation processes for PHC, ensuring seamless onboarding for caregivers and new clients.

✏️Coordinate office operations and improve workflows to enhance efficiency.

📂Support financial organization for YKira, assisting with data entry and client communications.

✏️Serve as a tech-savvy problem solver, tackling administrative challenges with ease.


Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, and I’d love for you to work on Eastern Standard Time, wrapping up by 2 pm.



Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Strong business acumen and understanding of how businesses operate

✅ Self-starter with excellent prioritisation and time management skills

✅ Tech-savvy, comfortable with spreadsheets and basic financial tasks

✅ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

✅ Strong written communication abilities, with a knack for crafting engaging content.

✅ Proficiency in office tools and technology to streamline processes.

✅ A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.

✅ Comfort working with numbers and financial information.

✅ A team player who values collaboration and professionalism.
