We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical writer who will help to create well-structured and extensive documentation.  

As a Technical Writer, you will be a part of our dynamic team and report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

PROJECT

As a member of the Technical Writer Charter, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience by crafting comprehensive documentation that supports product functionalities, streamlines onboarding processes, optimizes day-to-day operations, and facilitates product discovery.

Job Description

  • Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation tailored to various audiences, including developers, security analysts, and DevOps engineers 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to gather technical information and insights for documentation creation 
  • Continuously improve existing documentation and create new materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product updates and enhancements 
  • Work proactively to identify opportunities for enhancing product usability, functionality, and user satisfaction through effective documentation strategies 
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the Technical Writing team by sharing expertise, providing mentorship, and participating in recruitment activities 
  • Collaborate with other teams in Product, Engineering & Marketing to maximize the impact of our educational content and ensure it’s aligned with broader business goals 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in writing technical documentation focused on the software development domain  
  • Strong passion for technology and exceptional writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable documentation 
  • Skilled in documenting APIs, SDKs, command-line interfaces, and other technical components 
  • Familiarity with Agile practices, including collaboration within Agile teams 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments 
  • Creative, empathetic, optimistic, collaborative, and naturally curious 
  • Passion for learning and sharing knowledge 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Technical Writing) 
  • Native or near-native English proficiency
