 Your Future Team  

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leader for our APAC Technical Solutions Team. The Leader will be responsible for overseeing the team's activities, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence. 

This position, based in Singapore or China will report into our Global Training & Support Director

What You'll Do 

  • Team Leadership: 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical solution specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. 
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. 
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals in collaboration with the global director, ensuring alignment with company priorities and objectives. 
  • Solution Delivery: 
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and quality standards. 
  • Technical Solutions scope of work includes customer enablement content and services, implementation and customer success management, and 3D Studio asset creation services. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product management, marketing, and R&D to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our 3D apparel design and development platform, staying abreast of new features and updates. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed. 
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions 
  • Lead the 3D Studio team in delivering high-quality 3D apparel designs and visualizations for our clients. 
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies, tracking, reporting, and resource allocation mechanisms to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. 
  • Customer Engagement: 
  • Engage directly with customers, building & maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration. 
  • Work with account managers & sales teams to identify new opportunities for technical solutions and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Drive the customer enablement strategy to ensure customers are effectively onboarded and trained on our 3D apparel design platform. 
  • Monitor customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the customer enablement and adoption process. 
  • Strategic Planning: 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the growth and expansion of the APAC Technical Solution Team. 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the team's vision, mission, and long-term objectives. 

Your Background  

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical solutions, services or customer success teams  
  • 8+ years of experience as a technical consultant or customer success manager 
  • Experience with strategic planning and the ability to coach towards these skills 
  • Execute creative and value-focused approaches to help deliver optimal customer outcomes 
  • Experience with change management and implementing better approaches to address opportunities 
  • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and coaching people 
  • Experience using CRM, forecast management, and analytics tools 
  • Ability to demonstrate sound reasoning around why you made specific decisions and choices throughout your career 
  • English and Mandarin skills required, both spoken and written
