Workday will be a key strategic enabler of our standardized process landscape across the HR organization, providing scalability and consistency for future growth. 

About the role

Be part of the movement - and play your part.  

You will be heading up a team of 6 both senior and junior resources responsible for running a strong support and operations organization. As a team lead you will be engaging with stakeholders across the organization to ensure first class support and operations.

What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role? 

  • Overall responsibility for our global Workday HCM operation covering governance, support, architecture and related operational procedures
  • Ensure that end-user experiences and employee journeys are optimized wherever possible with focus on benefit realization and optimization
  • Lead the change management effort required to gain support from relevant stakeholders while driving adoption and usage
  • Help identify needs for re-configuration of People processes to improve efficiencies, using metrics both inside and outside the system
  • Promote data consistency, accuracy, and completeness with our HR master data across DFDS business units and the entire organization
  • Oversee and refine the Workday security model, conducting recurring security checks as well as audits and updates in line with data privacy regulations
  • Manage solution integration in relation to M&A initiatives

  •  Strong experience managing Workday
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, workflows and HR systems
  • Excellent collaboration skills and teamwork approach.
  • Proven experience from a people management role
