Job Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us find and hire independent contractors (linguists) from around the world to meet our diverse language needs. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, be proficient in English, and be flexible to work across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities: (Not restricted to)

  • Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors (linguists) from various regions based on language requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language skills and qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Can do mass hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed.
  • Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus.
