Key Responsibilities:

From Sourcing to Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Proactively source candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop and identify their needs (both technical and cultural) for job requirements, position processes, and candidates to achieve hiring goals while providing recommendations and guidance.
  • Track and analyze pipeline and data to improve recruiting processes.
  • Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding:

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create engaging content to promote our company culture and values on social media and other platforms.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in talent acquisition, sourcing, and employer branding, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Creative and strategic thinking in developing sourcing and branding initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using Comeet (ATS)
