As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for various roles in the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, accompanying candidates and interviewing.
- Creating candidates’ pipeline: sourcing, working with 3rd party and social media to ensure candidates’ pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs.
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience.
- Managing recruitment projects, such as Linkedin parties, student fairs and referral program.
- At least 6-7 years of experience with technical recruitment.
- Recruitment experience for various Hardware positions - a must.
- At least 2-3 years of recruiting in-house in a tech company.
- Strong sourcing knowledge and experience.
- Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive with a can-do approach.
- Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
- Global positions background- an advantage.
