What to Expect During the Application and Interview Process:

Video Interview: As part of your application, you’ll need to submit a short video interview where you'll answer four questions, with each response being 2 minutes or less. This will help us get to know you better. Please note that applications without a video will not be considered.

Assessment Task: Next, you’ll complete a brief assessment, which will be the first step in the interview process, designed to help us evaluate some of the technical skills essential for this role. This assessment mirrors some of the common tasks you would be expected to perform in the role independently after your initial 2 weeks of training.

Interview with the Hiring Team: Candidates who successfully complete the first two stages will be invited to a final 30-45 minute interview with our hiring team. This interview is specifically designed to answer any questions you may still have about the position, and provide clarity on the day-to-day responsibilities. We will also cover a few behavioral based interview questions to assess culture and work style fit.
All stages of the process will be conducted in English.
We are constantly looking for experienced Student Success Managers capable of providing support to students in our programs. We expect that you are a vibrant and enthusiastic person with a background in customer success or support roles, who will interact with our online students and staff, getting them excited about the new learning experience.
Student Success Managers (SMs) play a vital role as the biggest cheerleaders for our students! They ensure a pleasant and enjoyable study environment by maintaining frequent communication and checking on students' well-being and progress. From the moment students join us until graduation, SMs accompany them throughout their academic journey and become their biggest supporters and advocates for their success.
- Check up on each student in direct messages;
- Hold interviews with students: feedback sessions about the program, interviews before a student takes a break or leaves the program;
- Build and develop the community of students on Discord.
- Organize and hold events - onboarding, graduation, live meetings with tutors and other speakers.
- Calculate statistics about students’ progress, create and help testing hypotheses about improving the learning process.
- Ability to collaborate 12 pm - 4 pm AND 8 pm - 12 am CET; these hours fixed and non-negotiable. This position supports American based students so the hours reflect the most common times our students need help.
- You’re fluent in English - our students are Americans, many of our team members are natives, so it’s necessary to speak fluently.
- You’re a fast learner - we conduct a lot of experiments, often change our processes, it’s ok not to know something but it’s necessary to learn and adapt fast.
- You’re careful with numbers and analytics (Excel, Notion, Miro) - a success manager calculates some statistics and collects certain data manually. It requires patience and attention to numbers.
- You love helping and caring about people - our success managers are always there to help our students, check up on their motivation and ask for their feedback.
- You thrive in a fast changing environment and are good at lateral problem solving.
- $1300 gross per month; this rate is non-negotiable. This is an entry level role in the organization.
- Full-time remote contract-based collaboration;
- A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools — Miro, Notion, Google Meet, etc.— to make the process of working together seamless.
