This role works closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive business results and consults with subject matter experts in HR including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee/Leadership Development, Talent Management, Global Mobility and HR Operations among others, to ensure that the policies, programs, and plans best serve the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

This position is accountable for supporting and implementing key annual HR processes. The position is also responsible for leading HR projects with medium complexity in areas identified as critical to business success, although projects will vary based on the strategy and needs of the business. This role will be responsible for the following deliverables: 

  • Planning and implementation of annual HR processes, such as talent management, annual compensation review, workforce planning, and HR-related operations. Support and coordinate HR processes to include data gathering and roll up across the organization.

  • Consolidate and analyse HR information and influence leadership; examples include headcount management, global HR metrics, pulse survey trends, headcount tracking-monthly & business plan.

  • Support priority HR projects and/or initiatives for the business.

  • Support and partner with HRBPs and/or business leaders to lead cross functional projects in support of the change agenda.

  • Triage requests and questions from the business effectively in partnership with HR COEs as well as within the HRBP team to bring the request to closure efficiently and effectively.

  • Analyse HR data and provide meaningful insights to the HRBP team and/or relevant functions.

Requirements:   

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas – HR, Legal, Business.

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience including experience working with and influencing leadership in large, complex multinational organisations.

  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition and coaching.

  • Outstanding skills in stakeholder management, proven ability in building and managing relationships.

  • Experience in leading projects of medium complexity | e.g. involving multiple work processes or topics with stakeholders in across multiple functions

  • Business Integration Knowledge: Ability to recognize the interdependencies of functions and others, how line management and support functions connect, and to apply knowledge to the hr solutions deployed.   

  • Courage: Demonstrated ability to provoke or motivate business partners as well as others to think and act beyond what is normally expected.

  • Act without fear of speaking up against the status quo.

  • Can perceive areas of receptivity and resistance and effectively leverage those to drive change.

  • Influence: Ability to influence and steer people at all levels, without authority, convince partners at varying levels to accept/appreciate/need hr insights.

  • Excellent written and oral communication. 

  • Experience executing annual processes such as performance management, coaching, annual compensation review, and communication.
