Your responsibilities:

  • Be enthusiastic :-) and suggest process improvements
    Simpler, faster, and more personalized.
  • Work with candidate ATSΒ as your main tool and source.
    Β Learn to use is it fast as your morning "teeth brushing"
  • Use, and warm upΒ your network to connect with the right people for the job
  • Source and recruit the best-matchingΒ talent
    Go directly for the best talents, with no compromisesΒ 
  • Make offers in a way it will be hard to say NO to you
  • Conduct market, skills, and salary research
    We'll help you with the "how to do it", and you'll be a PRO of research
  • Take responsibility
    There is no "it's not my job" - Β there is striving for success and good bonusesΒ 
  • CollaborateΒ with your team-mates, hiring managers

  • Read and learn non-stopΒ and share your knowledge with the team
    The one who already knows enough stops progressing.
    • Requirements:

    • Advanced English communication with native speakers / international environment
    • You’ve been in the corporate and/or agency recruitment business for at least 1 year
    • You’ve got experience in the full sourcing life cycle of IT experts: Linkedin, X-Ray, Boolean logic on Google, Linkedin, Github and more
      Β Use different browsers, APIs, extensions, plugins, tools.
    • You have a wide network of connections
    • You are great in negotiations or willing to learn the skillΒ 
    • Your personal best hiring result is more than 3 Mid/Sr hires per month
    • Your response rate is above 70%
    • Able to make 4-5 interviews / day and identify "closing" candidatesΒ 
    • Your average time-to-close is less close to 4 weeks
    • You read professional articles, blogs and books, aware about practical AI tools
    • You are "aggressive " in a good sense sourcer, who keeps candidates close
    • You are honest, responsible and trustworthy
    • You DO NOT treat your job as a 9 to 5 work. Β 
    • You know the importance of timely answers and feedback
