Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering outstanding client experiences.

The ideal candidate will be an expert problem solver, strategic thinker and effective communicator, with a passion for taking on new challenges and driving innovation.

What can you expect?

Solving problems on a daily basis, with a focus on pragmatism over screeds of process
Grabbing hold of projects and making them your own
Driving projects (not just coordinating them) through all phases, from inception to completion
Working with teams across the company - most of our projects are a blend of tech and content
Collaborating with your teammates daily to brief on what’s needed
Converting client briefs into roadmaps, timelines and achievable tasks
Working with higher management to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve the project goals
Communicating with our clients daily to understand requirements, communicate project process and deliver outputs
Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions
Ensuring that project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate across all projects
Analysing data and making informed recommendations for internal and client reports
Reviewing what we’re building for our clients to ensure they are to spec and high quality

QUALIFICATIONS

What's important to us:

Experience in delivering web- or app-based projects in the private sector
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A real interest in technology and recent advancements
Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things
A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative
A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness
Experience communicating directly with customers
Experience in negotiating and drafting requirement specifications
The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively
The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
An understanding of project management methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable

PAYMENT

Outside of the UK, up to 60,000 EUR per year (or local currency equivalent) full-time contractor contract, depending on experience and skills.

CONTRACT TYPE

UK - Full time employment contract - fully remote working from anywhere in the UK!

EU - Full time contractor contract - fully remote working from anywhere in Europe!

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Firstly, you will be asked to complete an online video which will involve answering a mixture of questions.

Secondly – if your online video goes well, you will be invited for an interview with Rob, our VP of Ops and Ben, COO.

Following this, you will be sent an exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem solving skills. Depending on the outcome of this exercise, you will be invited for a final interview via MS Teams with Rob and Ben.
