Amazon Private Brands (APB) as one of Amazon-owned brands, we are looking for a passionate, world-class eCommerce leader to support global product launch speed and post-launch business growth efficiency and productivity under APB Global Sourcing office. We are looking for a tenured leader who enjoys problem solving, diving deep into customer experience analytics, and constantly seeking for different ways to improve product launch/growth productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing related long term strategy, building mechanism to support fast business growth, and developing the processes and tools to evaluate and manage Amazon's product launch efficiencies. You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from the customer, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drive product development to deliver collaboratively with your teams and partners.
Key skills required for this role:
- Experienced in holistic manufacturing, product lifecycle and eCommerce operations domain
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to diagnose process improvement opportunities and clearly articulate scaling change management potential
- Strong data analytics background in a related field. This leadership role requires diving deep into eCommerce product launch/growth inefficiencies and building the data insights to guide through
- Outstanding ownership mentality. In this role, you will need to manage multiple projects at once, and provide direction for ambiguous and complex projects
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with global stakeholders. You will need to interface with all departments across global teams, and your writing skills must be concise, persuasive and efficient
- Prior consumer goods experience in manufacturing, retailer, or eCommerce operations
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
