ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is a fast-growing innovative company which provides novel technological solutions and platforms to other partners and clients, as well as to the end-users is looking for Senior PHP Developer.  

📌 Location: Athens - Thessaloniki

📍 Working Model: Hybrid OR Fully Remote (you need to be based in Greece and holder of a valid EU Work Permit)

What you will do:

As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of their clients. You will collaborate closely with their cross-functional team of developers, designers, to deliver high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading the development and implementation of new features and functionalities for their CRM product using PHP Laravel framework
• Designing and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable codebase that adheres to best practices and coding standards
• Collaborating with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans
• Conducting code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Optimizing application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment and integration of new releases

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Proven experience (4+ years) developing web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern web development principles.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL)
• Experience with version control systems (Git), continuous integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Any experience in the following will be considered an asset:

• Experience working on CRM or enterprise-level software projects
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Vue.js
