JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams.
• Work on inspiring creative briefs along with the manager.
• Work collaboratively with creative, media, and account planning teams.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals.
• Oversee campaign execution and track performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
• Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience (Client Servicing) in a reputable advertising (creative) agency.
• Previously, should have handled integrated accounts – Online, Offline, BTL.
• Experience managing and social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TK, LI).
• Basic Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign creation.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver successful advertising campaigns (both online & offline).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including traditional media and digital marketing channels.
• Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams.
• Budget management skills.
• Project management skills to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
