SAP HANA Migration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our existing legacy systems to SAP HANA. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HANA and extensive experience in SAP migrations, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to ensure that all production BI reports continue to function seamlessly post-migration to S/4HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, data extraction, and business intelligence tools. 
• Collaborate with the BI team to review and update all productionized BI reports to ensure compatibility with S/4HANA.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and ensure they are met post-migration.
• Designing and Creating business rules for reports.
• Test BI reports to confirm they deliver accurate and timely information post-migration.
• Develop and deliver training materials for the BI team on new S/4HANA functionalities and changes.
• Document all processes, configurations, and changes made during the migration.
  Experience:
• Proven experience in SAP Order to Cash Lifecyle, Inventory and Logistics lifecycle , typically covered in Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management(MM) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with S/4HANA systems  
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related modules.
• Strong background in business intelligence and data analytics
• Experience with SAP BW (Business Warehouse), SAP BO (BusinessObjects), or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with data lake architectures and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in S/4HANA.
• Experience in the retail industry.
