General Description:
This position is responsible for the administration of multiple Salesforce orgs.
Education and Work Experience
4+ years Technical or Business Degree or equivalent education plus experience. Must possess successful customer service and customer relations experience.
Required Technical Skills
- Salesforce triggers, flows, layouts, Apex, and lightning components
- Salesforce product specific experience with Lightning versions of Sales Cloud
- Strong experience as a Salesforce admin and supporting Salesforce CRM.
- Detailed level knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Components.
- Strong experience in managing and monitoring the health of a live Salesforce environment, including respective sandboxes.
- Experience conducting code merging activities and deploying code/configuration between sandboxes and Production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging both business and technology team members, as well as executive leadership.
- Advanced Salesforce configuration skills, including custom objects, workflows, Flows, Process builder, and Lightning App Builder. (Admin / App builder certification preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pasted environment is a must.
- Open to different and new ways of working that enhance performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
The activities which the person will be directly held accountable for are broken into the following main areas and include:
- Manage users, including creation and removal of users.
- Manage roles and permissions assignments.
- Work with Salesforce and development team to provision and set up a new client’s org.
- Work with internal teams and Salesforce to resolve issues.
- Customization of lists, views, layouts, and data for specific clients.
- Creation and management of custom fields and flows for client customizations.
- Deployment of changes from sandbox to production environments.
- Testing changes to ensure that all test cases are met.
- Testing new releases for impact on current customizations.
- Must be self-directed and well organized with ability to process information logically.
- Should demonstrate flexibility and willingness to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to work well with others in a professional environment.
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures as well as Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Demonstrates dependability and reliability by being punctual, working assigned shifts and completing responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Interacts politely and effectively with customers, fellow employees, and business partners.
- Talks with, listens to and signals others to effectively exchange information; receives or gives direction; and effectively works as part of a team.

Work Location : India( Remote)
Work Timings : 2:30 pm-11:30 pm
