DescriptionThe Sales Specialist will be responsible for closing deals with new warm leads, upselling existing clients, and conducting consultation calls to understand client needs. These calls are essential for advising clients on the best marketing solutions for their law firms. Youβll play a crucial role in helping law firms identify and fill their staffing needs while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients to assess their marketing needs and advise on the most appropriate services for their firm.
- Close deals with warm leads by understanding client requirements and offering tailored marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and service offerings.
- Track and report on sales performance, consultation calls, and lead generation activities.
- Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Requirements - Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within service-oriented industries.
- Strong marketing knowledge, particularly in strategies that drive business growth.
- Project management experience is desirable, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience or familiarity with the outsourcing or staffing industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and consultation skills, particularly in assessing client needs and offering solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the legal industry or law firm staffing needs is a bonus.
