Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about wellness and self-care.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage bookings and inquiries efficiently and professionally within target handling times.
- Make phone calls and respond to emails to follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Provide clients with information to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to existing and new clients.
- Prepare quotes and invoices as needed to facilitate sales processes.
- Update the company's knowledge base and Help Center as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
- Work on other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in sales and/or account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High standard of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
