About the Position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play an essential role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will identify and create new qualified sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and set up meetings for the Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, showcasing the value of our platform and building relationships that lead to sales growth.

You are an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare technology. You have some experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS. You are highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build relationships. You are excited by the challenge and always looking to push yourself and the organization forward.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting:
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Use a variety of outreach methods (calls, emails, social media) to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our product and set up meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update records of all interactions in our CRM.
  • Engaging:
  • Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.
  • Clearly articulate the value of OneStep's platform and how it can benefit potential clients.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through regular follow-ups.
  • Collaborating:
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
