About the Role

This role is focused on generating new qualified leads by leveraging proven processes and methodologies in marketing and sales. Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calling, outbound prospecting, and connect with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of daily activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales activity KPIs, including dials, conversations, and meetings booked.
  • Articulate the company’s products and services to potential customers effectively.
  • Respond to inquiries received via email promptly and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or at least 1 year of experience in a related sales field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and accept/provide feedback in a team setting.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong personality, intelligence, and an eagerness to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Comfort with technology and a fearless attitude towards rejection.
  • English level: C1 or higher.
Details
  • Schedule: 8 AM -5 PM EST.
  • Salary: $1,200 + commissions.
  • Expectation of 100 calls per day and securing 4-5 appointments per month.
