Recruitment Apple Lovers is working with a leading international BPO consultancy. Together, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their clients' team in Croatia.
Position: Recruiter
Locations and work model: remote (anywhere in Croatia)
Employment type: full time contract
Remuneration model: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
- Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed
- Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients vacancies
- Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists
- Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
- Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests
- Communicate interview results to candidates
- Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
- Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression
- Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in French OR Italian OR German OR Dutch, both verbal and written
- Mandatory to have excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 English language
- Previous recruitment experience in BPO, RPO or recruitment agencies will be consideread as a big advantage
- Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a confident and positive attitude
