PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our client is a commercial real estate advisory and services firm in USA. Their integrated CRE platform delivers seamlessly connected services tailored to every type of client, from owners to occupiers, investors to founders, and growing startups to leading companies.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing, an analytical mind, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and design effective test cases.
- Test new and existing features for every agile sprint cycle.
- Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects and issues.
- Able to automate the regression test suite using Selenium.
- Investigate and document root cause analysis when issues are found.
- Participate in requirement reviews and change control activities.
- Present the strategy for testing with product management, engineering, and other quality assurance members.
IF YOU ARE
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in writing test cases and executing test plans.
- Nice to have CRM or Revenue System Management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of different Automation tools like (Selenium).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
