Product Owner:

• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team of developers, designers, and testers to work cohesively towards project goals and meet client deadlines.
• Client Collaboration: Ability to engage and collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, provide expert guidance, and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Scope Management: Skillful in managing project scope and ensuring that client requirements align with the project's feasibility and resources.
• Innovation: Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative solutions to clients and enhance the software's competitiveness.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise between the client and internal development team, providing clear updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns effectively.
• User Experience (UX): Knowledge of UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with client expectations and end-user needs.
• Client Satisfaction: Commitment to delivering high-quality software that meets or exceeds client expectations, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.
• Documentation: Thorough documentation of the software development process, including requirements, design decisions, and user guides for future reference and maintenance.

Technical Product Management:

• Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep knowledge of software architecture, database design, and system integration to ensure the software meets technical standards and best practices.
• Problem-solving: Capable of identifying potential roadblocks and proposing effective solutions to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
