About the role:
This role serves as a key opportunity for you to grasp the fundamental and foundational processes essential for delivering exceptional service to clients. Senior managers will provide comprehensive training, establishing the crucial groundwork for your subsequent growth within Wenodo.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day activities within the specified deadline and update ClickUp.
- Report challenges to seniors and proactively find solutions.
- Share ideas to improve productivity by addressing challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
- Adhere to daily timelines for smooth client operations.
- Post all invoices from AE and clear Freshdesk tickets daily.
- Reconcile Daily Sales and Cash-ups; report any variances to the client.
- Conduct weekly Bank reconciliations, addressing Bank queries with all entries cleared.
- Upload suppliers' statements weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly in Auto Entry.
- Respond to emails promptly (Freshdesk, Emails, or client emails).
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Goals:
- Understand and learn Wenodo's developed SOPs to meet daily deadlines.
- Develop accounting knowledge and skills to advance to Process Associates I within the agreed time frame.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong math skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
