Technology Practices & Adoption - build a culture of continuous improvement of Engineering practices.

• Build and maintain a playbook of architectural patterns and communicate them across engineering
• Full-Stack Software Development: Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js. Design and develop server-side applications, APIs, and databases to handle data storage, manipulation, and retrieval utilising technologies like Java and Kotlin.Coach teams to improve their engineering practices
• Build communities of engineers (guilds) to share knowledge across specific domains
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams of GROW Inc to understand problem areas and opportunities for technology improvement
• Develop proof of concepts that demonstrate the utility of technologies that we may want to bring into the core product offering of GROW Inc.
• Contribute to platform documentation to ensure the current state architecture is accurately captured

Technology Strategy & Roadmap

• Collaborates with Engineering leadership to develop GROW’s Product & Technology Roadmap.
• Partners with squads to complete the discovery and delivery of strategic technology projects.
• Continuously improve on the status quo by monitoring and addressing tech debt

Customer Engagement

• Supports the Solution design and Technology Due Diligence phases of the sales process
• Supports the Scoping, Analysis and Solution design of technology components in customer projects

People Leadership

• Participate in the hiring process for extended engineering team and work to enhance the engineering interview process at GROW
