Partnership Communication Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% Remote
Your Mission:
We are seeking a talented Partnership Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong communication channels with our strategic partners, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment, and mutual success. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and relationship-building abilities.
Your daily Task:
- Create comprehensive communication plans tailored to each partner, outlining key objectives, messaging frameworks, and channels for effective communication.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication-related matters.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in communication and support for partnership initiatives.
- Track the effectiveness of communication strategies and partnership activities, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address any communication challenges or conflicts that may arise, working collaboratively with partners to find mutually beneficial solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Marketing/Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2+ year’s experience in communication job roles.
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment preferred.
