Operations Support Administrator (Part-time) 

  • Salary:  £10,752.00 (Full time equivalent £24,864.00)   
  • Hours:  16 hours per week (4 days per week to include: Mon & Fri 9am -1pm)   
  • Home based with occasional travel to Magna-Dorchester   
  • Permanent Role

The role & what you take care of:   

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure efficient, accurate, and reliable data processing. Our main priority is to manage all customer contact promptly and effectively, ensuring that every interaction delivers the best experience for our customers from the outset. At Magna Housing, we take pride in our teamwork and are committed to multiskilling across the department to support each other whenever and wherever needed.  Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:   

  • Provide administrative support to enable the team to effectively process data accurately.    
  • Collate and prepare statistics as and when requested.

What you need to be successful:    

  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with Excellent IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.    
  • A keen eye for detail and able to problem solve through collaboration with customers and colleagues.    
  • Capability to work on your own (working from home) whilst remaining a team player.    
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to take on tasks with enthusiasm and determination.
