Partner closely with the founder on strategic initiatives by organizing schedules, preparing agendas, and managing follow-ups from key meetings to directly support the agency’s growth trajectory
Be the glue that holds cross-department collaboration together by driving alignment, tracking objectives, and fostering an environment of open, effective communication
Serve as the point of contact for coordinating clear, timely, and professional updates to clients via Slack, reinforcing client relationships and demonstrating the agency’s commitment to excellence
You have experience managing workflows in tools like Asana or ClickUp and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same
You’ve worked in an agency setting, ideally in eCommerce or digital marketing, and are skilled at juggling multiple priorities
You catch the little details others might miss and take pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
You’re a proactive problem solver who doesn’t wait for direction—taking initiative and tackling challenges head-on is your default
You’re fluent in English, excelling in both written and verbal communication, and know how to align teams around shared goals
